The problem is "no program start menu found"
Solutions:
anyway, i have vista ultimate and couldn't get it to install, but i found a fix after quite abit of searching.
1) Go to Start > Run > type regedit
2) Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Explorer\Shell Folders"
if there is no string in there called "Programs" put that in with the value:
C:\\Users\\%USERNAME%\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs
and you can get the installation to work, game works fine too.his may work for other games with the same problem. thought i'd post it up incase some had the same issue...
